Video-clips on Challenges and Opportunities of Human Rights Training in Local Communities

During the exposure and dialogue program that was followed by a Justice and Peace Conference on the interplay between human rights and traditional values from June 21 to June 26 2015 one of the participants, Lena Kretschmann, online editor at internet portal ‘weltkirche.katholisch.de’, produced a few videos. We would like to share the documentary “Change in perspective – travelling around in Musulumba Village”, both in English and German, which gives some insights of one of the participants in the Exposure Program.

The following interviews were taken during the exposure and the conference.  You may listen to Archbishop Gabriel Anokye from Ghana, to Judith Mulenga, from Zambia Civic Education Association, to Fr Leonard Chiti SJ, who is the director of the Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection in Lusaka and many more. Learn more about their views on the role of cultural values for human rights engagement.
